SST Program Enhancements!
ClickSafety has enhanced its SST program, deepening our commitment to deliver high-quality safety training in accordance with NYC DOB regulations and guidance.
These few simple steps only take learners a couple of minutes to complete and will ensure an added layer of verification to your SST program.

You will need to provide information for our SST Team to create or validate your NYC DOB Training Connect profile, including:

Name

Contact Info

Physical description (height, eye color, gender)

Passport-style photo for the SST card

Proof of identity, such as:

NYS Department of Motor Vehicles Driver's License or Learner's Permit

Photo Driver License/Permit/Non-Driver ID card/municipal ID issued by another U.S. State

U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card, plus additional proof residency

Foreign Passport, plus additional proof of residency

Proof of residency, such as:

Cable, phone, utility bill or statement

Insurance bill, statement, or record

Banking, financial, or credit card account bill, statement, or notice

Your certificates of completion will be issued once you submit your attestation, complete information verification, and finish the course, including the final evaluation. Our SST Team will complete the information verification before releasing the certificates.

All workers and supervisors on construction sites that are subject to a Site Safety Plan are required to carry a valid NYC SST card, including individuals performing:

Construction or demolition work

Site supervision or oversight
Roles include:

Construction workers and laborers

Forepersons and supervisors

Site safety managers
Yes, if your current SST card and OSHA 30 certification are both valid and have been obtained within the past five years, you are eligible to upgrade your SST card to a Supervisor card before your current card expires.
No, it is not necessary to complete all SST training through ClickSafety. You may take your training with any authorized provider listed on the NYC DOB Training Connect course provider page.
Please note that if you submit certificates from multiple providers, processing your SST card may take longer. This is because each certificate must be individually verified by the issuing provider.
If your SST card has not expired, you are eligible to request a replacement. Replacement cards can be obtained through any authorized provider listed on the NYC DOB Training Connect provider page.
Please be aware that most providers may charge a processing fee for replacement card requests.
